Jivamukti Yoga is an integrated yoga practice which combines the physical, spiritual & ethical aspects of yoga whilst encouraging practitioners to take their yoga off the mat and incorporate it into there daily lives. An Open class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to our life, we work from the Focus of the Month essay, and the largest portion of most Jivamukti classes consists of Asana - a flowing vinyasa sequence creatively designed by the teacher. Practiced at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal, as well as optional hands-on guidance, classes are supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing alignment exploration,relaxation and meditation. Level: More experienced Yogis

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. Level: All levels

Yoga Flo
This unique approach to yoga incorporates peace and joy into a dynamic and active Vinyasa-style practice. The practice is a blend of different elements rooted in various yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Jivamukti. It's a challenging, fresh, and invigorating approach to the ancient tradition that is yoga. This style was originaly created by Luna yoga studio in Montreal. Level: All levels

Mantra Flo
After an hour-long vinyasa yoga practice, dive into the world of mantra singing with me. We will explore together some powerful Sanskrit and Kundalini mantras by call and response singing method. It is more and more proven, this yogi art achieves mental peace, inner calm and even has beneficial effects on health. This musical introduction combined with a flow of asanas will allow you to deepen your practice. Level: All levels

I will help you see yourself at a different level, go deeper to the place where your spirit shines, and help you with a practice that can serve you on and off your mat. This class is based on your own needs.


Private corporate classes

My goal is to improve the wellness of employees who are under a lot of stress. I teach simple, natural techniques with lasting results to cope with and reduce stress.


In class with Private assistance

Guided by me, you will be assisted through each moment and each movement of your yoga practice. My hands will almost never leave you through all the assists, whether they be simple or elaborate. You will be guided with ease while you are taking your favorite yoga class with your favorite yoga teacher.
